Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

HER Table LLC (“HER Table,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides educational programs, memberships, communities, workshops, events, coaching, consulting, digital products, templates, technology resources, and related services through hertable.network and associated platforms.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, programs, products, memberships, communities, workshops, events, recordings, downloads, services, and materials.

By purchasing, registering for, accessing, or using any HER Table product or service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our website, products, or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use our products and services.

By using our services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that your use of our services complies with applicable laws.

3. Educational Services

HER Table provides education and support related to topics that may include:

Real estate investing

Wholesaling

Novations

Seller conversations and follow-up

Business strategy

Technology and business systems

Automation

Artificial intelligence

Customer relationship management platforms

Marketing

Business operations

Community and professional development

Specific features, schedules, instructors, benefits, and deliverables may vary by product, membership, workshop, event, or program.

4. Accounts and Login Credentials

Certain services may require you to create an account or use a membership portal.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate account information

Protecting your login credentials

Restricting unauthorized access to your account

Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use

Access is granted solely to the registered purchaser or member. You may not share your login credentials, recordings, downloads, portal access, or membership benefits with another person.

5. Payments

All payments are due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan or recurring subscription is expressly offered.

By submitting payment information, you authorize HER Table and its payment processors to charge the selected payment method for:

One-time purchases

Payment-plan installments

Recurring membership fees

Applicable taxes or authorized charges

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

Failed or declined payments may result in:

Suspension of access

Cancellation of membership

Removal from programs or communities

Collection of outstanding balances

Termination of services

Payment-plan obligations continue until the agreed purchase price is paid in full, even if you stop participating, unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Recurring Memberships and Automatic Renewal

If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, your payment method will be charged at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout.

Your membership will automatically renew until canceled.

You authorize HER Table and its payment processor to charge each recurring payment without requiring additional authorization before every renewal.

Prices may change. If a recurring membership price changes, we will provide notice before the new price takes effect when required by law.

7. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring membership before your next billing date by using any available account-cancellation feature or contacting:

[email protected]

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not ordinarily provide a refund or credit for charges already processed.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, access will continue through the end of the paid billing period and will then terminate.

Failure to use the membership, attend sessions, access materials, or participate in the community does not automatically cancel the membership.

8. Refund Policy

Because our products and services may include immediate access to digital content, proprietary materials, live training, recordings, templates, communities, and intellectual property, all sales are final unless:

A different refund policy is stated on the applicable sales page

We agree otherwise in writing

A refund is required by applicable law

HER Table does not provide refunds for:

Change of mind

Scheduling conflicts

Failure to attend a live session

Failure to use purchased materials

Failure to complete a program

Membership periods already billed

Digital products that have been accessed or delivered

Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations or business results

Recurring memberships are not eligible for prorated refunds after a billing period begins.

9. Payment Plans

A payment plan is a commitment to pay the complete purchase price. It is not a month-to-month membership unless expressly identified as one.

Canceling participation, losing access because of a Terms violation, or deciding not to complete a program does not eliminate outstanding payment-plan obligations.

We may suspend access while a payment is overdue and restore access after the account is brought current.

10. Appointment and Session Policy

Private coaching, consulting, mentorship, onboarding, or support sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice unless another policy is provided.

Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund or replacement.

Late arrival does not extend the scheduled session.

11. Program and Event Changes

We may change instructors, speakers, session dates, delivery platforms, program schedules, content, features, or other operational details when reasonably necessary.

If a live session is rescheduled, we may provide a replacement date, recording, substitute session, or comparable alternative.

We are not responsible for a participant’s scheduling conflicts, travel arrangements, internet connection, device compatibility, or inability to attend.

12. Intellectual Property

All HER Table content and materials are owned by or licensed to HER Table LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Protected materials may include:

Videos and recordings

Training presentations

Workbooks and guides

Templates and checklists

Processes, frameworks, and systems

Scripts and prompts

Worksheets and assessments

Course and membership content

Graphics, photographs, and branding

Website and community content

Downloads and digital resources

Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials for your own personal or internal business education.

You may not, without prior written permission:

Copy or reproduce materials

Share materials or login credentials

Record private or group sessions

Distribute or sell materials

Publish materials online

Teach from our materials

Upload materials to artificial-intelligence systems

Remove copyright or branding notices

Modify materials for resale

Create derivative courses, programs, products, or resources

Use materials to train employees, clients, students, or community members outside the purchased license

No ownership rights are transferred through a purchase or membership.

13. Community Standards

HER Table communities are intended to provide professional education, connection, and support.

Participants may not:

Harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against others

Post unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading material

Share another participant’s private or confidential information

Spam, solicit, or repeatedly promote unrelated products or services

Scrape, copy, or export community-member information

Impersonate another person or business

Upload malware or interfere with the platform

Share HER Table content outside the community

Engage in conduct that disrupts the learning environment

We may remove content or terminate community access for conduct that violates these standards.

14. Member Communications and Confidentiality

Community members may share business ideas, personal experiences, real estate information, or other information during programs and discussions.

You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not disclose, record, screenshot, distribute, or commercially use their confidential information without permission.

HER Table cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality. You are responsible for deciding what information you share.

Do not disclose Social Security numbers, complete financial-account details, passwords, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information in community spaces.

15. User Content

You retain ownership of original content you submit to HER Table communities or platforms.

By posting or submitting content, you grant HER Table a limited, nonexclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate the applicable service or community.

You represent that:

You own or have permission to share the content

The content does not violate another person’s rights

The content is not unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading

We may remove content that violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or community concerns.

16. Testimonials and Success Stories

We will not use your name, image, testimonial, or identifiable success story in public marketing without permission.

If you voluntarily authorize a testimonial, you grant HER Table permission to use the approved content in its marketing, website, presentations, and promotional materials.

You may withdraw permission for future use by contacting us. Withdrawal does not require us to recall or destroy materials already produced or distributed when such recall is impractical.

17. Recordings

Live workshops, webinars, coaching sessions, community calls, and events may be recorded.

When a session will be recorded, notice may be provided through the registration page, event details, platform notification, or session announcement.

If you participate using your camera, microphone, chat, or screen-sharing features, your name, image, voice, comments, or shared content may appear in the recording.

Do not share confidential or sensitive information during a recorded session.

18. Educational Purposes Only

All HER Table information, training, coaching, consulting, programs, communities, events, and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided by HER Table creates a professional, fiduciary, brokerage, partnership, joint-venture, employment, or agency relationship between HER Table and any participant.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, contracts, transactions, business operations, and results.

19. No Professional Advice

22. Technology and Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

HER Table may provide education about software, automation, artificial intelligence, customer relationship management systems, online platforms, and other technology.

Disrupt programs or communities

Misuse another participant’s information

Create security, legal, or reputational risk

Provisions concerning payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, confidentiality, and dispute resolution survive termination.

27. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Contact HER Table at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can attempt to resolve the concern.

Filing a chargeback does not automatically cancel contractual payment obligations.

Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in:

Immediate suspension or termination of access

Submission of relevant records to the payment processor

Collection activity

Recovery of permitted fees and costs

Nothing in this section limits rights provided by applicable law.

28. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website, products, services, programs, memberships, communities, technology resources, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.”
